
Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please read our policy carefully before booking:

Booking Advance

The advance paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it confirms your date and arrangements.

Cancellations by Client

If you cancel 15 days or more before the event, you may reschedule the booking to another available date within the next 3 months (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original booking date.

Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference in packages.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the service due to reasons beyond our control, or an alternative date will be offered.

Refunds

Apart from the above circumstances, no refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed.
