Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please read our policy carefully before booking:

  1. Booking Advance

    • The advance paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it confirms your date and arrangements.

  2. Cancellations by Client

    • If you cancel 15 days or more before the event, you may reschedule the booking to another available date within the next 3 months (subject to availability).

    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

  3. Rescheduling

    • Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original booking date.

    • Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference in packages.

  4. Cancellations

    • In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the service due to reasons beyond our control, or an alternative date will be offered.

  5. Refunds

    • Apart from the above circumstances, no refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed.
